Breathe & Brew is a wellness workshop event that involves 15-20 minutes of peaceful and intentional mindful meditation with coffee or tea. The purpose of this practice is to not only educate on the benefits of mindfulness and meditation but to adopt it and make it a part of our daily routine for maximum results. After our meditation, there will be a class, mini mastermind, wellness session or workshop lead by professional experts who want to help you reach higher levels in your overall well being.

This event starts at 10:45am, we advise you arrive 10-15 minutes early for check-in, set-up or parking.
